A great afternoon at the BIG Swop Shop 2026 last week!

The 3R Foundation had a table at this year’s event at More Music in Morecambe, alongside local businesses and professionals offering free advice and support to charities, community groups and social enterprises.

We spent much of the afternoon chatting with organisations about grant funding – how to find suitable grants, what funders are looking for and how to put together a stronger application, as well as explaining how our own 3R community grants work.

It was great to meet so many local organisations, including plenty of familiar faces, and share some of what we’ve learned from assessing hundreds of grant applications ourselves.
